近年来人们生活条件日益提升,全球化发展使各国文化交流也变得更加频繁,人们的生活方式受不同文化影响呈现多种形态。人们的生活行为、文化思想等促进中国餐厨空间从原有单一的烹饪功能逐渐转变承载家庭社交娱乐等多功能空间。目前餐厨空间中的家具设计仍然采用整体橱柜的西方厨房设计理念,忽视与当下中国人不同生活方式的需求变化与居住空间的适应性。人们的生活方式和文化特征在餐厨空间得到极大体现,因此需从用户群体的生活形态出发进行研究,将用户、家具、餐厨环境有机结合在一起,充分挖掘用户需求进行针对性设计。
本研究以生活方式理论为依据,选取物质生活和精神生活方面都有更高标准的高净值家庭为目标用户,以餐厨生活方式为重点通过用户问卷、访谈方式,总结高净值家庭生活方式特征,梳理高净值家庭餐厨空间的现状和痛点,挖掘其需求。通过对中国橱柜品牌、国内外餐厨案例的分析,概括总结中国橱柜品牌现有特点和缺陷。基于上述调研分析,从建筑空间、操作行为、功能设施和厨房环境要素进行分析,提出五点设计原则,即各类烹饪流程流畅性原则、体现艺术性与文化性原则、餐厨空间定制化原则、可持续原则、整体家居空间协调性原则,并指出其具体内涵。在此基础上构建用户画像、行为故事版以及基于现代生活方式的餐厨一体化家具设计模型,并展开设计实践。
本课题通过对高净值家庭生活方式和餐厨空间需求分析,得出餐厨一体化家具的产品设计原则,使餐厨一体化家具在中国家庭中适应当下多代同居、多类烹饪方式共存等现状,丰富餐厨家具的细分市场,推动餐厨一体化家具行业发展和产品细分,为企业提供新思路。

In recent years, people's living conditions have been increasingly improved. With the impact of globalization and the epidemic, people's living standards have been continuously improved, and cultural exchanges have become more frequent. This makes people's lifestyle more diversified. People's living behaviors, cultural thoughts, etc. promote the transformation of Chinese kitchen space from the original single cooking and dining functions to the multi-functional space carrying family social entertainment. At present, the furniture design in the kitchen space still adopts the western kitchen design concept of the overall cabinet, ignoring the needs and adaptability of different lifestyles and living space with the current Chinese people. People's lifestyle and cultural characteristics are greatly reflected in the kitchen space, so it is necessary to study from the lifestyle of user groups, organically combine users, furniture and kitchen environment, and fully tap user needs for targeted design.
Based on the lifestyle theory, this study selects high-net-worth families with higher standards in material and spiritual life as the target users, focuses on the kitchen lifestyle, summarizes the characteristics of high-net-worth family lifestyle through user questionnaires and interviews, analyzes and combs the current situation and pain points of high-net-worth family kitchen space, and excavates the needs. Through the analysis of Chinese cabinet brands and domestic and foreign kitchen cases, the current characteristics and defects of Chinese cabinet brands are summarized. Based on the above research and analysis, this paper analyzes the design elements of such users in the four aspects of architectural space, operation behavior, functional facilities and kitchen environment, and puts forward five design principles, namely, the principle of smoothness of various cooking processes, the principle of reflecting artistry and culture, the principle of customization of kitchen space, the principle of sustainability, and the principle of coordination of the overall home space, and points out its specific connotation. On this basis, the user portrait, the behavior story board and the kitchen integrated furniture design model based on the modern lifestyle are constructed, and the design practice is carried out.
Through the analysis of high-net-worth families' eating lifestyle and cooking demand behavior, this topic obtains the product design principles of integrated kitchen and dining furniture, so that the integrated kitchen and dining furniture can adapt to the current situation of multi-generation cohabitation and coexistence of multiple cooking styles in Chinese families, enrich the market segmentation of kitchen and dining furniture, promote the development of integrated kitchen and dining furniture industry and product segmentation, and provide new ideas for enterprises.
