党的十八大以来,中国非物质文化遗产保护进入系统性的新阶段,已从初期的记录、保存和抢救阶段,演进至综合性的保护与传承。《“十四五”非物质文化遗产保护规划》鼓励发展非遗及专题馆,促进传承体验设施的建设。
然而,随着非遗展馆数量不断增多,国内许多非遗展馆仍沿用旧有的展览模式,关注重点停留在“物”上,缺乏展陈的创新和互动体验,使得观众难以从中获得参与感和趣味性。面对这一挑战,迫切需要探索新的设计策略,实现从简单物品陈列到关注观众参与和体验的转变,以更好地满足观众的期望,促进非遗本身的传播、保护与传承。
首先使用文献分析法梳理非遗的相关理论,分析非遗展馆区别于其他普通展馆的特征;其次阐释4E体验模型的概念并分析其体验优势,对非遗展馆进行实地调研,对比其展示理念和内容,分析其中的体验设计,总结出适合非遗的展示方式和手段,论证4E体验模型运用于非遗展示空间中的可行性;同时,以娱乐体验、教育体验、美学体验、逃避现实体验这四个体验为基础,对参观非遗展馆的游客通过访谈法进行用户研究,分析用户的体验需求;再次,从教育性体验、娱乐性体验、审美性体验、逃避现实性体验这四个维度提出非遗展馆的展示设计策略,进行详细说明这些设计策略如何运用于设计中;最后在设计实践层面,以广东非遗展示中心的“山海之间”展厅为例,运用前文提到的设计策略进行设计验证。
4E体验模型通常应用于营销学领域,将体验融入非遗展馆的展示设计,开辟了创新性的设计思路。体验性的展示设计增强了观众的参与度并加深了公众对非遗价值的认识;对非遗展馆来说,有助于提升展馆自身吸引力,实现其非遗文化有效传播的展示目的,促进非遗的活态发展以适应体验经济时代的文化需求,也为未来非物质文化遗产博物馆的设计提供了新思路。

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the protection of China's Intangible Cultural Heritag(ICH) has entered a new systematic stage, evolving from the initial stage of recording, preservation, and rescue to comprehensive protection and inheritance. The 14th Five Year Plan for the Protection of ICH encourages the development of ICH and themed museums, and promotes the construction of inheritance and experience facilities.
However, with the continuous increase in the number of ICH exhibition halls, many domestic intangible cultural heritage exhibition halls still use the old exhibition mode, focusing only on "objects", lacking innovation and interactive experience in exhibition display, making it difficult for audiences to obtain a sense of participation and fun from it. Faced with this challenge, there is an urgent need to explore new design strategies to shift from simple item displays to focusing on audience participation and experience, in order to better meet audience expectations and promote the dissemination, protection, and inheritance of ICH itself.
Firstly, use literature analysis to sort out the relevant theories of ICH and analyze the characteristics that distinguish ICH exhibition halls from other ordinary exhibition halls; Secondly, explain the concept of the 4E experience model and analyze its experiential advantages. Conduct on-site research on ICH exhibition halls, compare their display concepts and content, analyze their experiential design, summarize suitable display methods and means for intangible cultural heritage, and demonstrate the feasibility of applying the 4E experience model to intangible cultural heritage exhibition spaces; At the same time, based on the four experiences of entertainment, education, aesthetics, and escapism, user research is conducted through interviews with visitors to ICH exhibition halls to analyze their experience needs; Once again, propose display design strategies for ICH exhibition halls from four dimensions: entertainment、educational、esthetic and escapist, and provide a detailed explanation of how these design strategies are applied in design; Finally, in terms of design practice, taking the "Between Mountains and Seas" exhibition hall of Guangdong ICH Exhibition Center as an example, the design strategy mentioned earlier is applied for design verification.
The 4E experience model is usually applied in the field of marketing, integrating experience into the design of ICH display spaces, opening up innovative design ideas. Experiential display design enhances audience engagement and deepens public awareness of the value of ICH; For ICH museums, it helps to enhance their own attractiveness, achieve the display purpose of effective dissemination of ICH, promote the active development of ICH to meet the cultural needs of the experience economy era, and provide new ideas for the design of future ICH museums.
