在运动装备领域,新材料的创新应用研究对于设计、材料供应及行业发展都有着重要的价值。随着生产技术的发展,高精尖领域的创新材料技术下放,让更多具有优异性能的材料得以应用于运动鞋领域,助力性能升级。 俗称非牛顿流体的STF剪切增稠材料以其独特的剪切增稠特性和更优的吸震、回弹性能,与当下运动鞋设计趋势不谋而合。随着增材制造等先进生产技术的进一步发展,以及衍生式设计等数字化智能设计方法的驱动,STF剪切增稠材料在运动鞋领域的应用将具有更丰富多元的可能性。通过对行业现有的STF材料应用案例调研可知,STF材料在运动鞋领域的应用具有良好的市场反馈及技术基础,但多数都只在鞋底部位作为缓震材料使用,应用方式较为单一。结合材料特性,发现STF材料在鞋面、内衬等部位可作为结构件、表面辅材等,在使用方式及使用部位上仍具有很大潜力。 本研究计划以“STF材料在运动鞋设计上的拓展探索”为研究方向,以足球运动领域为例,开展论文与设计的相关研究。通过STF材料“吃软不吃硬”的特点,在足球运动中可让停球更稳、射门更有力。本研究将通过材料试验、测试样机实验等对STF材料相关性能进行测试分析,以探讨STF材料在足球鞋设计中的应用可行性、优越性,并以主题化概念产品为设计方向,结合有限元分析测试及衍生式设计理念,设计一款足球概念鞋款。

In the field of sports equipment, the innovative application research of new materials has important value for design, material supply, and industry development. With the development of production technology, innovative material technology in the high-precision and cutting-edge fields has been decentralized, allowing more materials with excellent performance to be applied in the field of sports shoes, helping to upgrade performance. STF shear thickening material, commonly known as non-Newtonian fluid, coincides with the current design trend of sports shoes with its unique shear thickening characteristics and better shock absorption and rebound performance. With the further development of advanced production technologies such as additive manufacturing and the driving force of digital intelligent design methods such as derivative design, the application of STF shear thickening materials in the field of sports shoes will have more diverse possibilities. Through the investigation of existing STF material application cases in the industry, it can be seen that STF material has good market feedback and technical foundation in the field of sports shoes, but most of them are only used as cushioning materials in the sole area, with a relatively single application method. Based on the material characteristics, it was found that STF materials can be used as structural components, surface auxiliary materials, etc. in the upper, lining, and other areas, and still have great potential in terms of usage and location. This research plan focuses on exploring the expansion of STF materials in sports shoe design, and takes the field of football as an example to conduct research related to paper and design. By utilizing the characteristic of STF materials that "eat soft instead of hard", it can make stopping the ball more stable and shooting more powerful in football. This study will test and analyze the relevant properties of STF materials through material testing, prototype testing, and other experiments to explore the feasibility and superiority of STF materials in football shoe design. Taking themed concept products as the design direction, combined with finite element analysis testing and derivative design concepts, a football concept shoe will be designed.
