随着服务设计这一新兴概念的流行,图表类服务设计工具被用作协同设计工作坊中推进整体流程的有效方法,开始受到非设计专业背景参与者的关注,并逐渐发展为灵感迸发、概念方案表达工具。然而通过调研发现,参与者在协同设计工作坊中使用图表类服务设计工具时,对于非设计专业背景参与者来说,这些工具在理解与使用上具有一定的专业性和复杂性,故而使非设计专业背景参与者无法高效展开协同设计讨论。针对调研发现的问题,本文通过探究图表类服务设计工具本身的概念与作用,以及在不同服务设计流程中的核心任务与使用方式,帮助非设计专业背景的参与者在协同设计工作坊中高效理解设计任务、快速激发设计灵感以及方案的产出,同时对图表类服务设计工具本身的表现形式进行再设计,有效提升协同设计工作坊的进程推进效率。
本文基于SECI知识转化模型、引入游戏化理论构建桌游产品服务系统,即通过知识的转化过程:隐性知识到显性知识的转化,进行面向协同设计工作坊的桌游产品服务系统设计实践,同时对用户画像、顾客旅程图、故事版、DVF筛选地图等4个图表类服务设计工具本身的表现形式进行再设计,有效提升工作坊进程及效率,进而形成新的参与方式。
最后,通过开展线下协同设计工作坊,对桌游产品服务系统中的服务设计工具的使用体验进行多轮原型测试,从非设计专业背景参与者不同视角进行组间对比,结合调研结果,总结相关问题,并进行优化迭代、系统完善。设计实践表明,基于SECI知识转化模型的桌游产品服务系统设计,在协同设计工作坊中提高非设计专业背景参与者的使用效率,在整个工作坊的进行中增加了沉浸感,形成新的工作坊参与方式,也为图表类服务设计工具的相关研究提供新的研究思路与方法。

With the popularity of the emerging concept of service design, graphic service design tools, as an effective method to promote the overall process in collaborative design workshops, began to attract the attention of participants with non design professional backgrounds, and gradually developed into inspiration bursting and concept scheme expression tools. However, through research, it is found that when participants use graphic service design tools in collaborative design workshops, for participants with non design professional backgrounds, these tools are professional and complex in understanding and using, which makes it impossible for participants with non design professional backgrounds to effectively carry out collaborative design discussions. In view of the problems found in the research, this paper discusses the concept and function of the research, as well as the core tasks and using methods in different service design processes, to help participants with non design professional backgrounds effectively understand the design tasks, quickly stimulate design inspiration and plan output in the collaborative design workshop, and at the same time, redesign the presentation of the graphic service design tool itself, Effectively improve the process promotion efficiency of collaborative design workshops.
Based on the SECI knowledge transformation model, this paper introduces the game theory to build a board game product service system, that is, through the knowledge transformation process:conversion of tacit knowledge to explicit knowledge, the design practice of the board game product service system for collaborative design workshops is carried out, and the performance forms of four graphic service design tools, including user portraits, customer journey maps, story boards, and DVF screening maps, are redesigned, Effectively improve the workshop process and efficiency, thus forming a new way of participation.
Finally, through the offline collaborative design workshop, we carried out multiple rounds of prototype tests on the use experience of the service design tools in the board game product service system, compared between groups from different
perspectives of participants with non design professional backgrounds, combined with the research results, summarized the relevant problems, and optimized and improved the system. The design practice shows that the design of the board game product service system based on the SECI knowledge transformation model improves the use efficiency of participants with non design professional background in the collaborative design workshop, increases the sense of immersion in the whole workshop, forms a new workshop participation mode, and also provides new research ideas and methods for the related research of graphic service design tools.
