“帷幔”形象常出现在绘画作品当中，在我们学习专业绘画时出现的各色衬布也是 源于过去帷幔毫无节制的使用。帷幔在画面中起到的不仅仅是陪衬和装饰等简单效果。 在西方绘画史中，帷幔从中世纪就作为宗教符号进入绘画，文艺复兴时期则得到更大的 发展，一直到现当代帷幔依旧是艺术家们喜欢创作的母题。绘画中的每一个视觉要素都 背负着画家自我意图的阐释，帷幔在绘画中也具有意义的相应延伸。 本文从帷幔入画的历史溯源为切入点，通过搜集大量的图像和文献资料的基础上， 采用历史分析、图式分析、图像学分析等方法，以及涉及到心理学与戏剧学的相关内容， 讨论帷幔在绘画构图中表现，发掘出其遵循的构图原则、对视觉重心的影响和表现在绘 画中留给观众的观感。最后通过研究绘画背后的创作成因总结出帷幔在绘画中的创作意 味，一方面是为了表现展示，一方面为了提供间离效果。“帷幔”作为绘画中的特殊审 美对象，其背负的文化内涵与审美价值是值得我们去关注的，尽管相关的理论研究并不 充足，但挖掘其背后承载的艺术价值是对绘画领域的一次扩展。

"Valance" images often appear in paintings, and the colorful interlinings that appear when we learn professional painting also stem from the unrestrained use of valance in the past. Drapery plays more than simple effects such as foil and decoration in the picture. In the history of Western painting, valance has entered painting as a religious symbol in the Middle Ages, and has been more developed in the Renaissance, until modern and contemporary valance is still the motif that artists like to create. Every visual element in the painting is burdened with the interpretation of the artist's self-intention, and the valance also has a corresponding extension of meaning in the painting. Starting from the historical origin of the drapery in painting, this paper, based on the collection of a large number of images and documents, adopts the methods of historical analysis, schema analysis, iconography analysis, as well as related content involving psychology and drama, to discuss the expression of drapery in painting composition. It explores the composition principles it follows, the influence on the visual center of gravity and the impression it leaves to the audience in the painting. Finally, by studying the causes of creation behind the painting, it summarizes the creative meaning of the valance in the painting, on the one hand, to show the display, on the other hand, to provide the separation effect. "Valance" as a special aesthetic object in painting, its cultural connotation and aesthetic value is worthy of our attention, although the relevant theoretical research is not enough, but to explore the artistic value behind it is an expansion of the field of painting.
