麦华三是岭南地区著名的书法家、书法理论家、书法教育家，一生著述颇丰，是岭南书法史上的主要代表之一。麦华三所创“麦体”书法名满天下。麦华三尤其重视书法教育，出版了非常多的书法教材、总结了很多具有深远价值的教育理念和教学方法，为我们呈现了许多值得借鉴的书法教育思路。麦华三其教授人群涉及高校学生、少年儿童、社会大众，为岭南地区培养了许多书法人才，为岭南地区书法普及做出了重大贡献。 本文通过梳理麦华三的书法教育经历、教育相关的著述，以及收集和采访麦华三后人及其弟子对麦华三教育经历的回忆，将麦华三的教育思想的形成、教育思想核心以及对后世的影响进行系统梳理和挖掘，并反思其对于当下书法教育的启示。 首先从麦华三的书学渊源出发，讲述其如何从高校书法教育到面向大众书法教育的发展，这是麦华三建立其为大众服务，逐步构建普及书法教育思想的发展过程；其次总结麦华三主要的书法教育思想，主要包括：一是如何重视书法课程建设；二是帮助学生要兼顾个性与共性；三是学书过程讲究学贵专精、先约后博；四是重学问与人品；五是普及书法教育的思想。在此中总结分析麦华三如何构造便于落地的普及书法教育的教学方法，另外还分析麦体书法传播与普及书法教育思想的关系，最后由此引发笔者对于当下书法教育建设的一些思考。

Mai Huasan is a famous calligrapher, calligrapher theorist and calligrapher educator in Lingnan area. He has written a lot in his life and is one of the important towns in the history of Lingnan calligraphy. The "Mai Ti" calligraphy created by Mai Hua is famous all over the world. Mai Huasan paid special attention to calligraphy education, published a lot of calligraphy textbooks, summarized a lot of education ideas and methods, and presented us with many valuable calligraphy education ideas. Mai Huasan's teaching group involves college students, children, and the general public. He has trained many calligraphy talents in Lingnan and made great contributions to the popularization of calligraphy in Lingnan. This paper systematically combs and digs the formation of Mai Huasan's educational thought, the core of his educational thought and its influence on future generations by combing his calligraphy education experience and education-related writings, as well as collecting and interviewing the memories of his descendants and disciples on his education experience, and reflects on its enlightenment for contemporary calligraphy education. First of all, starting from the calligraphy origin of Mai Huasan, this paper describes how he developed from college calligraphy education to mass calligraphy education. This is the development process of Mai Huasan's establishment of serving the public and gradually constructing the idea of popularizing calligraphy education; Secondly, it summarizes Mai Huasan main calligraphy education thoughts, mainly including: first, how to attach importance to the construction of calligraphy curriculum; The second is to help students give consideration to individuality and generality; Third, the process of learning books should pay attention to the value of learning and specialization, and make an appointment before extensive learning; The fourth is to attach importance to learning and character; Fifth, popularize the idea of calligraphy education. In this paper, we summarize and analyze how Mai Huasan constructs a teaching method of popularizing calligraphy education that is convenient for landing. In addition, we also analyze the relationship between the spread of Maiti calligraphy and the idea of popularizing calligraphy education.
