本文以“边线留白”为切入点,试图对其在当代油画中的具体运用与分析以及影
响体现等方面来进行深入探讨。通过文献研究法、例证分析法、个案分析法等进行研
究,将“边线留白”在当代油画中的主要表现形式和作用总结概括为:主体强化、色
块界定、虚实转化、空间联想、节奏建构五个部分,并结合多位艺术家作品进行画面
分析,认为“边线留白”在传统绘画与现代艺术的结合、意境传达与绘画形式的呈现
等方面有着极高价值,并为当代艺术表达提供了新的可能性,也希望借此对后世艺术
家有所新启示。

This paper takes “Marginal Blank” as the breakthrough point, and attempts to conduct in-depth discussions on its specific application and analysis in contemporary oil painting, as well as its impact and embodiment. Through literature research, illustration analysis, case analysis and other methods, the main forms and functions of “Marginal Blank” in contemporary oil painting are summarized as five parts: subject strengthening, color block definition, virtual-real transformation, spatial association, and rhythm construction. Combined with the works of several artists, the picture analysis is carried out. It is believed that “Marginal Blank”has a high value in the combination of traditional painting and modern art, the conveyance of artistic conception and the presentation of painting form, and provides new possibilities for contemporary art expression, and hopes to provide new inspirations for future artists.
