在后现代的语境下,工笔画创作中直接挪用、改写他人作品已成为一种普遍的现象,引发了学界的关注。此类基于他人作品进行二次创作的现象,在文学理论中被称为“互文性”,该理论强调了文本之间的相互指涉和对话,认为必须要将单一文本的意义置于多个文本组成的网络中解读。在工笔画创作中,互文性手段的外在表现形式与临摹、抄袭等非原创性行为十分相似,容易引发误读。在创作中若运用失当,会使作品出现庸俗化的倾向。 本文将以工笔画创作中的互文性现象为研究主题,分四个章节展开论述。第一章:梳理重点概念,明确工笔画中出现的互文性现象及其成因,简述互文性理论的流变并论证该理论介入工笔画领域的合理性和价值;第二章:运用图像比较分析法和个案分析法,分析工笔画中常见的互文性创作手段;第三章:分析工笔画中运用互文性手段对重构经典和搭建对话关系的积极意义,以及互文性探索给工笔画带来的在构图、色彩、技法等方面的新气象;第四章:反思互文性面对的问题,探讨法律层面的侵权判定方法,同时明确互文性手段与抄袭等行为的区别。 通过研究发现,工笔画领域中的互文性现象出现于二十世纪末,以发展当代工笔画为导向,吸收了西方后现代艺术的创作观。在创作手法上,主要表现为挪用经典图像作为新文本的主体物或背景、改写原作形象、改编文学作品、使用传统技法转述西方艺术。艺术家们通过互文性手段在原作的基础上生成产生了新的文本意义,拓展了当代工笔画的艺术表达形式,是探索当代工笔画发展的有效尝试。最后,文章为明确互文性和临摹、作伪、抄袭等形式在法律意义和艺术精神上的区别提供了办法,并反思了当代工笔画领域中互文性创作的不足之处。

Appropriating others' works for painting has become a common phenomenon. This phenomenon of re-creation based on the theory called "intertextuality". In the creation of fine brushwork, the external manifestations of intertextuality are very similar to non-original behaviors such as copying and plagiarism, which is easy to cause misreading. This article will take the intertextuality phenomenon of fine brushwork painting as the research topic, and discuss it in four chapters. Chapter 1: Clarify the intertextuality phenomenon and its causes; Chapter 2: Using image comparative analysis and case analysis methods to analyze the common intertextual creative means in meticulous painting; Chapter 3: Analyze the positive significance of using intertextuality in meticulous painting in reconstructing classics and building dialogue relationships, as well as the new atmosphere brought by intertextuality exploration in composition, color, techniques, and other aspects of meticulous painting; Chapter 4: Reflect on the problems faced by intertextuality, explore the legal level of infringement judgment methods, and clarify the differences between intertextuality and plagiarism. Through research, it is found that the intertextuality phenomenon in the field of meticulous painting appeared at the end of the 20th century. In terms of creative techniques, it is mainly manifested in misappropriating classical images as the subject or background of the new text, rewriting the original image, adapting literary works, and using traditional techniques to convey western art. By means of intertextuality, artists have generated new text meanings on the basis of the original works, expanded the artistic expression forms of contemporary meticulous painting, and is an effective attempt to explore the development of contemporary meticulous painting. Finally, the article provides a way to clarify the differences between intertextuality and copying.
