伴随着城市化进程的加速和数字技术的迅猛发展,我国社会结构与生活方式正经历深刻变革。对于青年群体来说,居住生活空间是他们缓解生活压力的重要空间,独居作为人生的重要过渡阶段,越来越多的年轻人开始享受独居生活。在《中国住房发展总报告(2021-2022)》中指出,要加快实施青年人的安居工程,让青年新市民的住房供应与旧房改造相结合,与都市圈建设相结合。然而当下住宅中针对独居青年的空间设计较少,尤其是独居女性较难寻找到完全符合其生活需求的独居空间。因此,本研究就以智能化时代为背景,以独居女性的居住空间为研究对象,在分析独居女性的居住现状的基础上,探讨独居女性对居住空间的需求并进一步进行空间设计优化。
本文围绕智能化时代下独居女性居住空间设计这一主题,研究由三部分组成,采用基础理论研究、实证研究和设计实践相结合的研究框架。在基础理论研究阶段,通过文献分析法深入探讨环境行为学、需求层次理论等相关理论,为后续研究奠定坚实的理论基础。实证研究阶段综合运用半结构化访谈、问卷调查、实地考察等方法,对独居女性的生活习惯、居住现状、空间需求和智能家居偏好进行全面调查。并进一步运用KANO模型分析法,对独居女性居住空间的尺度、布局形态、功能层次和组织形式等多个维度进行深入分析。研究结果显示,独居女性群体对智能家居技术有着强烈需求,且追求空间布局的灵活性及可控性。功能空间呈现从“大而全”向“小而精”的转变趋势,空间组织形式则趋向于多层次、多变化的复合型结构。基于这些发现,本文提出在智能化原则的大背景下,深入细化分为舒适性原则、可扩展原则、安全性原则、精细化原则,并制定相应的设计策略,包括利用通风采光增强空间舒适,利用基础单元完成轴网构建,利用空间回路营造安全体验,利用家居产品丰富个性需求。在设计实践环节,鉴于上述设计策略,从建筑尺度到室内细部,构建一个系统化的设计思维模式。通过对主要生活领域、次要功能区域和公共交互空间的精细化设计,既满足独居女性的基本生活需求,还充分考虑其心理和社交需求,为提升居住体验提供创新性解决方案。由于专业属性的不同,研究对智能化技术的探讨主要集中在应用层面与设计提案上,在智能技术的底层原理及创新机制等方面的研究深度尚显不足。未来的学习和工作中,会继续从智能化技术的不同层面进行更加深入的研究。

With the acceleration of urbanization and the rapid development of digital technology, China's social structure and lifestyle are undergoing profound changes. For the young group, living space is an important space for them to relieve life pressure. Living alone, as an important transitional stage in life, more and more young people are beginning to enjoy living alone. The "China Housing Development General Report (2021 - 2022)" points out that it is necessary to accelerate the implementation of the housing project for young people, combining the housing supply for young new citizens with the renovation of old houses and the construction of metropolitan areas. However, at present, there are relatively few space designs for single young people in residences, especially it is difficult for single women to find a living space that fully meets their living needs. Therefore, this study takes the intelligent era as the background and the living space of single women as the research object. Based on analyzing the living status of single women, it explores the needs of single women for living space and further optimizes space design.
This article focuses on the design of the living space for single women in the intelligent era and adopts a research framework that combines basic theoretical research, empirical research, and design practice. In the stage of basic theoretical research, through the literature analysis method, relevant theories such as environmental behavioristics and the hierarchy of needs theory are deeply explored to lay a solid theoretical foundation for the follow-up research. In the empirical research stage, methods such as semi-structured interviews, questionnaires, and field investigations are comprehensively used to conduct a comprehensive survey of the living habits, living status, space needs, and smart home preferences of single women. And further use the KANO model analysis method to conduct in-depth analysis on multiple dimensions such as the scale, layout form, function level, and organization form of the living space of single women. The research results show that the single female group has a strong demand for smart home technologies and pursues the flexibility and controllability of the space layout. The functional space shows a transformation trend from "large and complete" to "small and refined", and the spatial organization form tends to be a multi-level and multi-varied composite structure. Based on these findings, this article proposes that under the background of the intelligent principle, it is further refined into the comfort principle, the expandable principle, the safety principle, and the refinement principle, and formulates corresponding design strategies, including using ventilation and lighting to enhance spatial comfort, using basic units to complete the axis network construction, using spatial loops to create a safe experience, and using home products to enrich individual needs. In the design practice link, in view of the above design strategies, a systematic design thinking mode is constructed from the building scale to the interior details. Through the refined design of the main living area, secondary functional area, and public interaction space, it not only meets the basic living needs of single women but also fully considers their psychological and social needs, providing an innovative solution to improve the living experience. Due to different professional attributes, the research on intelligent technology mainly focuses on the application level and design proposals, and the research depth in the underlying principles and innovation mechanisms of intelligent technology is still insufficient. In future study and work, more in-depth research will continue to be conducted from different levels of intelligent technology.
