本文的研究目的是探索数字雕塑技术到金属材料成型的可能性,立足于小尺寸架上雕塑和小规模工作室的方法。通过探究数字雕塑技术、研究材料设备、调查分析实地工厂的数据为基础,结合著作中艺术观看与艺术工作的分析,在导师的指导下,探索毕业创作中数字雕塑与金属材料之间的“可能性”、研究工作方法的“可行性”、对比工具设备的“可靠性”。 全文分为四个部分呈现研究内容:一、分析数字雕塑技术与金属材料雕塑之间的可能性;二、探索数字雕塑的建模阶段,试验3d打印技术的打样阶段,实践金属材料的转化阶段,展现金属工艺特殊性的表面处理阶段;三、个人创作实践与分析,梳理创作脉络并探讨未来的可能;四、手办雕塑行业现状对金属材料雕塑的启示。 通过以上的研究分析和创作实践,设计并实践一套从数字雕塑技术到金属雕塑成型的工作流程,基于材料创作的雕塑作品因为不确定性更有艺术价值,基于数字雕刻技术的雕塑作品因为其生产流程的可控和确定性而具有工业价值,本文研究结合以上两者的优点来实现小批量的独立艺术作品创作,以探索可能出现的作品面貌,力图追求艺术表达和生产成本的平衡。

The possibility from digital sculpture technology to molding of metal materials is based on the methods of small-size shelf sculptures and small studios. On the basis of exploring digital sculpture technology, researching material and equipment, investigating and analyzing the data of field plants, as well as the analysis of artistic viewing and artistic work in works, the author, under the guidance of tutors, explores the ‘possibility’ between digital sculpture and metal materials, the ‘feasibility’ of research methods, and the ‘reliability’ of comparative tools and equipment in graduation creation. The research in this paper is presented from four aspects: First, analyzing the possibility between digital sculpture technology and metal sculpture; Second, exploring the modeling stage of digital sculpture, experimenting with the proofing stage of 3D printing technology, practicing the transformation stage of metal materials, and showing the surface treatment stage of the particularity of metal technology; Third, practice and analysis of personal creation, sorting out the creation ideas and exploring the possibility for the future; Fourth, the enlightenment of the current situation of hand-made sculpture industry on metal sculpture. With the above research analysis and creation practice, the work process from digital sculpture technology to metal sculpture molding is designed and put into practice. The sculpture works which are created based on materials have higher artistic value as a result of their uncertainty, and those created based on digital sculpture technology have industrial value because of the controllability and certainty of their production process. Combining the advantages of the above two kinds of sculpture works, this paper conducts research in a bid to achieve creation of small quantities of independent artistic works, explore the possible features of works, and strive for a balance between artistic expression and production costs.
