在20 世纪30 年代,新版画被欧美广泛接受,大量作品被运往海外。这一时期,日
本的许多版画家和出版商都活跃于新版画的创作和推广中。他们的作品不仅在日本受到
欢迎,也吸引了国际市场的注意。然而,长期的过于依靠欧美市场导致第二次世界大战
的爆发对新版画运动造成了巨大的打击。战争期间,新版画的出口几乎停滞,这一艺术
形式面临着消亡的危机。
和浮世绘版画一样日本新版画从出现开始就有着浓厚的商品属性,尤其消费者们的
喜好一直影响新版画艺术家们的创作,为何新版画作品格外受到海外消费者的青睐目前
学界的研究成果里也并没有过多探讨该方面的研究;另一方面在艺术的发展中日本新版
画已成为了一种风格,后世创作者不断从中汲取灵感,同时当今艺术创作中艺术创作者
越来越多的受到艺术品商品化的影响,这与日本新版画的创作有着相似之处。
基于此,本文选用现今仍留存的新版画作品作为主要分析对象,旨在通过艺术市场
“艺术商品化”“商品艺术化”角度和社会学“游客凝视”研究角度,结合当时历史社
会背景,采用调查,文献分析,图片分析,艺术家个案研究等方法,整理日本新版画运
动发展脉络,分析形成新版画运动的社会原因,探讨日本新版画运动的发展历程、艺术
表达与技法的创新、市场影响以及对当代艺术创作的警醒与借鉴意义。最后提出游客凝
视主导的艺术市场环境是影响新版画运动兴衰的主要因素,希望能丰富日本新版画的理
论研究,为中国艺术创作者平衡自我表达与商业影响提供帮助。

In the 1930s, new prints were widely accepted in Europe and the United States, and a
large number of works were shipped overseas. During this period, many Japanese printmakers
and publishers were active in the creation and promotion of new prints. Their works are not
only popular in Japan, but also attract the attention of international markets. However, the
long-term over-reliance on the European and n markets led to the outbreak of the Second
World War on the new print movement caused a huge blow. During the war, the export of new
print almost stopped, this art form is facing the crisis of extinction.
Like ukiyo-e prints, the new Japanese prints have had a strong commodity attribute since
their emergence, especially the consumer's preferences have been influencing the creation of
new print artists, why the new print works are especially favored by overseas consumers at
present, there is not much research on this aspect in the academic research results; on the
other hand, in the development of art, the new Japanese print has become a style, at the same
time, the contemporary artists are more and more influenced by the commercialization of art
works, which is similar to the creation of new Japanese prints.
Based on this, this article chooses the new print works which still exist today as the main
analysis object, the purpose of this paper is to combine the historical and social background of
the time with the research of“Art commercialization”, “Art commercialization” and“Tourist
gaze” in the art market, by means of case studies of artists and other methods, the
development of the new print movement in Japan was sorted out, and the social reasons for
the formation of the new print movement were analyzed, this paper discusses the development
of the new print movement in Japan, the innovation of artistic expression and techniques, the
influence of the market, and the warning and reference significance to the contemporary art
creation. Finally, it is pointed out that the art market environment dominated by tourists' gaze
is the main factor that influences the rise and fall of the new print movement, to help Chinese
artists balance self-expression and commercial influence.
