城市路灯作为城市中重要的公共设施的一种,兼具物质功能(照明)和精神功能(诸如审美、形态语意传达等)。城市智慧路灯是智慧城市的科技终端设备,它基于LED节能路灯,依托大数据实现智慧城市的功能。
照明控制死板、管理难度大、管理方式粗放、能耗巨大是传统城市道路照明体系普遍存在问题,同时还有运营维修效率低、成本高等缺陷。随着智能电网技术、物联网技术及信息技术等现代高新技术在路灯领域的应用,为实现智慧化城市提供了良好的技术支持。实现了公共照明设施的智能化管理、提升运营管理水平、降低能源消耗,减少其运营成本,是智慧城市建设中必须要解决的一个课题,也是智慧路灯产生的目的与意义。智慧路灯市场潜力巨大,但同时由于环境与人们审美的不同,各地区的路灯之间具有一定的差异性。政府和灯具企业既要大批量生产来节约成本,又要提供多样化的灯具,实施难度较大。
本研究利用场景理论聚焦智慧路灯部署地点,以聚焦生态公园场景作调研,通过对于生态公园的道路场景的探析,发掘与其他场景有共同性的设计策略。在设计方法上循序渐进,先采用桌面调研再根据所得材料分析做有聚焦性的田野观察、访谈和问卷调查。代入厂商与普通用户视角洞察需求,探析相关的设计原则和策略。道路场景特性的设计原则和策略。在功能上,满足基本智慧路灯功能且能更省时省钱地进行迭代设计、运营维修以及管理维护。造型上“以少变求多变”来促进智慧路灯多样化,使灯杆整体美观且适用性强。最终从经济效益和可实现性两方面出发得到具体实践方案,通过模块化设计手段以更好地适应不同道路,不同地域,不同文化和不同功能的需求。智慧路灯是多功能集成性的,本研究将场景理论应用于智慧路灯设计,丰富了场景理论在智慧路灯上的设计研究。设计方案兼顾制造、功能与造型需求,助力智慧城市理念深入生活。

As one of the important public facilities in the city, urban street lamps have both material functions (lighting) and spiritual functions (such as aesthetic, morphological and semantic communication, etc.). Urban smart street lamp is the technology terminal equipment of smart city. It is based on LED energy-saving street lamp and realizes the function of smart city relying on big data.
Rigid lighting control, difficult management, extensive management and huge energy consumption are common problems in the traditional urban road lighting system, as well as low operation and maintenance efficiency and high cost. With the application of smart grid technology, Internet of Things technology, information technology and other modern high-tech in the field of street lighting, it provides good technical support for the realization of smart cities. It has realized the intelligent management of public lighting facilities, improved the level of operation and management, reduced energy consumption, and reduced its operating costs, which is a subject that must be solved in the construction of smart cities, and also the purpose and significance of smart street lamps. The market potential of smart street lamps is huge, but at the same time, due to the differences in environment and people's aesthetics, there are certain differences between street lamps in different regions. The government and lamp enterprises not only need mass production to save costs, but also provide diversified lamps, which is difficult to implement.
This study uses the scene theory to focus on the deployment location of smart street lights, and focuses on the ecological park scene for research. Through the analysis of the road scene of the ecological park, it explores the design strategy that has similarities with other scenes. In terms of the design method, we should first use desktop research and then focus on field observation, interviews and questionnaires based on the analysis of the obtained materials. The surrogate manufacturer and ordinary users have an insight into the needs and explore the relevant design principles and strategies. Design principles and strategies of road scene characteristics. In terms of function, it meets the basic intelligent street lamp function and can carry out iterative design, operation maintenance and management maintenance more time and money saving. Through modular design means, it can better adapt to the needs of different roads, different regions, different cultures and different functions. Smart street lamps are multifunctional and integrated. This study applies scene theory to smart street lamp design, which enriches the design research of scene theory on smart street lamps. The design scheme takes into account the needs of manufacturing, function and modeling, and helps the concept of smart city penetrate into life.
